INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Smoky No.56
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz Steen's sugar cane syrup (if you don't have Steen's, swap this out for a combination of 3 parts simple syrup to 1 part molasses)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with just a few pieces of crushed ice (or one cube)
- Shake hard (this is called a "whip shake")
- Strain into a glass and top with more crushed ice
- Garnish with pineapple leaves
