All the tropical fun of a Pina Colada without the painful hangover!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Smoky No.56
- 1 oz pineapple coconut water (4 chunks pineapple, 2 oz coconut water in blender)
- 0.75 oz pineapple gum syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz unsweetened coconut cream (solid from top of canned coconut milk), melted
STEPS
- To make your pineapple coconut water, combine 4-5 chunks of pineapple with 2 oz coconut water in a blender, and blast on high for 20 seconds
- Add remaining ingredients to the blender with some ice, blend on high for another 20 seconds
- Serve in a hurricane glass
- Garnish with a caramelized pineapple chunk and pineapple leaf spear
