The Smoky Stardust is lovingly dedicated to David Bowie's sober decades.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Smoky No.56
- 2 oz pineapple tepache
- 1.5 oz unsweetened coconut cream, melted
- 1.25 oz pineapple gum syrup (we love Small Hand Foods brand)
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously, then strain & serve over crushed ice
- Pineapple lightning bolt garnish heavily encouraged
Tepache*
There are several good recipes on the Internet, but you’ll need to plan ahead for this lightly fermented drink made from pineapple peels and core. Otherwise, just substitute a sour citrusy or tropical kombucha.
