Sparkling and festive, with warming spice notes

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces The Saskatoon
1 oz spiced cranberry syrup (we use Raft Syrups Cranberry - 5 Spice)
3 oz sparkling water
Optional spike: 1 oz gin alternative or Seedlip Grove

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass and serve up or on the rocks, garnished with cranberry or orange.
