2 oz Smoky No56
1 oz pineapple coconut water (4 chunks pineapple, 2 oz coconut water in blender)
¾ oz pineapple gum syrup
½ oz lime juice
½ oz unsweetened coconut cream (solid from top of canned coconut milk), melted
Whiz in the blender with ice
Serve in a hurricane glass garnished with a caramelized pineapple chunk and pineapple leaf spear.
