Sparkling, sassy, with an herbaceous & vegetal edge
- 1 part Eva's spritz
- 1 part blood orange juice
- 1 part grapefruit juice
- 2 parts sparkling water, or to taste
- 1/2 part citrus rosemary simple syrup (we use Raft Syrups), or try this recipe, and substitute lime for half the orange.
- Stir all ingredients gently to combine, either in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add citrus slices, perhaps berries, and most important—thin cucumber slices. Frozen fruit can be used instead of ice to boost flavor. To boost the herbal kick, garnish each glass with a spanked rosemary sprig.
This recipe is in "parts" for easy batching. If you use 6oz of Eva's spritz (a 1/4 bottle), you'll get 33 oz, or about 8 servings.
