Saskatoon Sour

Our unique twist on whisky sour.

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces The Saskatoon
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
½ ounce egg white or aquafaba

STEPS

Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again over ice, strain into a coupe. Garnish with lemon or orange rind, a rosemary sprig, or perhaps an Amarena cherry.
