Developed for an event at Food and Wine Aspen, in honor of the host Padma Lakshmi!
INGREDIENTS
1oz tequila blanco (or non-alc tequila)
1oz fresh lime
0.5oz simple syrup
1oz Rose City Fizz
Rough salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Garnish a rocks glass with a 50/50 blend of amchur powder and rough sea salt, set aside. Add tequila or non-alc tequila to a shaker with ice. Add fresh squeezed lime, simple syrup, and a pinch of amchur powder. Shake hard and strain into the rocks glass. Top generously with Rose City Fizz. Garnish with lime, or a mango slice if you're feeling extra!
