We ship heavy glass bottles of liquid. We’re careful, our shippers are careful, but stuff happens. If there’s a problem with any of our shipments, please reach out via email right away. Please photograph the problem so we can troubleshoot and hopefully avoid it in the future.
We can issue a refund for damaged or defective product within 30 days of shipment. If your reason for requesting a refund aligns with these terms, please email email@example.com, and include photos of the problem. We can’t refund your purchase on the basis of personal taste, but please do let us know if a flavor is not what you expected.
