For Bitter For Worse is quite frankly one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of being a customer of. I've been a long time subscriber and when my payment failed due to a stolen card, they personally reached out and walked me through the process of changing payment (which I couldn't figure out due to being a bit neuro spicy and getting overwhelmed). The process was as painless as possible and I felt cared for and appreciated (despite taking a significant amount of time from their day). On top of that, Eva's Spritz and Rose City Fizz are so good I've gifted them at least a dozen times and have them at all of our family holiday gatherings so anyone sober doesn't have to feel left out of the toasts and celebrations.
