Pleasantly bitter, citrus, with a salty spin.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces strong brewed Early Gray tea
- Heaping bar spoon of citrus marmalade
- Tonic water
- Salted whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brew the Earl Gray tea and chill. We suggest using multiple tea bags, and removing them after the suggested steep time, you want strong brewed, not over-steeped tea to avoid unpleasant bitterness.
- Whip cream to soft peaks, and then lightly salt.
- Stir marmalade and Early Gray tea together till the marmalade partially dissolves, then double strain into a Collins glass with ice.
- Top with tonic water, and finally a generous dollop of the salted whip cream. Enjoy!
