Developed by Natasha David, this cocktail possesses lovely body, packs a punchy herbaceousness, and brings just enough sweetness to absolutely delight. It’s sort of delivering a Northwest-Mai-Tai-Tiki-experience, and we are here for it!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz For Bitter For Worse The Saskatoon
  • 1½ oz barista quality oat milk
  • ½ oz honey syrup (2 honey : 1 water)
  • ¼ oz fresh ginger root juice
  • ¼ tsp. ground turmeric powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain into a double rocks glass with crushed ice.
  • Garnish as you would a mai tai with citrus, cherry, or both!
