INGREIDENTS
- A cinnamon stick
- 3oz Smoky No.56
- Ginger beer to top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Light the cinnamon stick end as you would a match, extinguish, and over turn a rocks glass on the cinnamon stick to smoke the glass
- Right the rocks glass, add a king cube, and Smoky No.56
- Stir with the burnt end of the cinnamon stick
- Top with a ginger beer float
Note: we would recommend removing the cinnamon stick promptly, it smoked cinnamon flavor develops swiftly in the drink and it is easy to over do it
